About our workshops

Introductory blurb:
MillerTIME is passionate about bringing back the magic, to re-invigorate, to be brave, inspiring, enlightened, motivating and passionate about what we do, the people we do it with and the people we do it for.


We have 5 senses: touch, taste, smell, sight & hearing. But what about our souls? What about our intuition? Our foresight? What about peace, trust and empathy?

These traits are so needed in the world today, from world leaders (who are anything but leaders), to corporations that dictate and manage our health, our wealth, and sadly our lives.
We are also living longer than ever  before, which has changed the way our lives play out. We have an extra 30 years that allows us to re-define our “last chapter”. But in re-defining how we spend that time, which as research indicates, is largely a time of dis-ease & illness,  we need to make life choices now that allow us to enjoy those years in a better state of health and enjoy our longevity for as long as we can. 

It is time to start taking back the power and that entails "Living Purposefully".

That entails focusing on our souls, not our bodies, our experiences, not things, limiting our need for status & consumption of stuff, maximising our health and our emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing, enjoying the simplicity of our life’s journey. Immersing our souls in the magic of the moment.

 

We also talk about life’s 5 Fundamentals;

  3. Channel your SUPERPOWER,

  4. Learning to FAIL,  and

  5. The power of GRATITUDE.

Our Workshops

Our carefully proven and tested workshops have been tailored for both individuals (adults and teens) as well as for corporates. Workshops can take place in-person or on-line. Using established content, bespoke workshops can be developed for specific corporate requirements.

  • Power of Presence: Mindfulness Workshop

A 1 day workshop that focusses on various aspects of mindfulness.
How to practise being “Present” in every moment, so you make conscious choices, which is imperative in managing stress and anxiety. Ideal for students dealing with peer pressure, worry, emotions, mood swings and depression.

 

  • Power of Purpose:  Mind Matters (coming soon)

A 2- day workshop that looks at how the mind, body and soul work and how
understanding this allows you to live the life you want.

 

  • Power of Action - From Procrastination to Growing Greatness

A 1 day workshop that looks at procrastination, why we procrastinate and how, once we understand why, how we can turn that into an opportunity for growth and success.

  • Power of One - Choices & Boundaries:

A 1 day workshop that talks about the massive impact of choices we
make and how to set boundaries that help us make healthier choices.

Through a collaboration with EQ expert Richard Cullinan, (EQ4Me) , we focus on 5 core EQ areas of development:

A day workshop that unpacks and applies your company values across the different divisions within your organisation and, makes sure everyone is rowing in the same direction. By incorporating these behaviours into recruitment, onboarding and induction through to even performance appraisals and KPI’s, ensures they can be measured and tracked to assist with accountability and reward.
